About Amy Link

For over 20 years, Amy Link managed and lead the immigration departments at some of South Florida’s premier immigration firms.

Over her long-standing career, she mentored new immigration attorneys while managing a substantial caseload of corporate and individual clients.

She successfully represented many of the world’s most renowned hospitality groups as well as Olympic athletes, gymnastic coaches, professional dancers, leading chefs, Grammy-award winning musicians and composers, DJs, scientists, physicians, politicians, engineers, entrepreneurs, bankers, curators, and fine artists, among others. 

In 2021, Amy decided to leave a large 500+ attorney national law firm to realize her dream of opening a boutique law firm where she could provide a more personalized one-on-one client experience.

She founded Amy Link, P.A. specializing in employment and family based visas, which include the E2 Investor Visa, EB1 and O1 Extraordinary Ability Visa, L1 Intracompany Transferee Visa, H1B, H1B1 and E3 Visas, TN NAFTA Applications, PERM Labor Certification, I-140 Immigrant Visa Petition, I-130 Petition for Alien Relative; I-485 Adjustment of Status Petition; and the N-400 Naturalization Petition.

Today, Amy continues to work with many of the corporate clients she has served for well over a decade. Numerous employers and human resource personnel rely on Amy for her legal expertise and guidance in providing comprehensive short and long term visa strategies for current and prospective employees. In addition to corporate clients, Amy provides counsel to individuals on their personal, employment, and family immigration needs.

Amy is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has volunteered on various committees throughout her career.

She has been a featured speaker on numerous AILA conference panels and a Clear Law Institute webinar presenter on a wide range of employment based topics. Amy has been published in leading trade magazines, such as Practice Link for Physicians, and quoted in LatAm publications, including Infobae and Forbes Mexico due to her recognized expertise in immigration law. Annually, over the past six years, Amy has been named by the South Florida Legal Guide as a Top Lawyer in Immigration Practice.

Prior to practicing Immigration Law, Amy served as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, Florida where she prosecuted more than 40 jury trials to verdict as a Lead Felony Attorney. She graduated from the University of Miami School of Law and is a member of good-standing of the Florida Bar. In addition to serving her clients, Amy is committed to enhancing diversity and inclusion within immigration law and throughout the American justice system.
