U.V. from Mexico (2021)EB1 Extraordinary Ability in the Culinary Arts Petition and AOS petitions
“It’s a pleasure to share my great experience with more people by leaving a five star review and referring Amy Link to anyone who need Immigration Services for EB1-A Visa. Amy has been very professional and efficient at every step of the process starting from initial evaluation of my profile for I-140 application to building on the material provided to make the application stronger and then to its final submission to USCIS. Whenever I had questions or concerns, she would promptly respond to my emails and explain the matter in great detail. Having Amy to represent me made the process comfortable and gave me the confidence towards a positive outcome. I will highly recommend legal services of Amy Link to any Culinary Arts peer who are seeking for their Green Card.”
P.M. from India (2021)O1B Visa and EB1 Extraordinary Ability Visa in the Culinary Arts Petition
“I am glad to have this opportunity to share my experience of H1 visa renewal with Amy Link, P.A.. During the whole process, Amy had provided me very professional services. She is very responsive and professional. And she had been giving me effective advises and replying my email quickly. I eventually renewed my visa without any problem. X.Z. from China (2021)Initial H1B and 7th Year Extension Petition
“I cannot recommend Amy enough! We worked with Amy to obtain a Marketing Specialist H-1B visa, which nowadays seems impossible to attain. From day 1, Amy was communicative, very responsive and transparent about the whole process. She always made sure that we were aware of the status of the case, and worked with us to draft any documents that we would provide as the petitioners. Amy was able to get the H-1B petition approved in 1 day after responding to a specialty occupation RFE! It is hard to find an immigration attorney that is not only knowledgeable of the subject and professional in her manner, but also responsive and genuinely caring towards the way she impacts her client’s lives! I strongly believe our case would not have been approved if it weren’t for Amy’s expertise.“
M.C. from Uruguay (2019)H1B Cap Subject Petition

S.V. from Colombia (2021)PERM Labor Certification/I-140 EB3 Petition and Adjustment of Status

She provides honest and accurate advice, and communicates clearly throughout the entire process.
